Things you should know before ordering...

Ordering

• Please use the order form to place your order with us. We will try our best to process them within 24 hours, so you get your bag quick and with the least possible hassle!

Delivery / Postage and Payment Terms

• We offer FREE delivery of bags to ANY MRT station in Singapore. This is so that the bag does not get lost in the mail, and also for you to check on the condition of the bag, so as to minimise misunderstandings and potential disputes! Convenience plays a part in this - you need only pay us the cash when we meet up. We highly recommend you meet us up - don't worry, we won't bite! ;)
  
  
• In the event that you really want your item to be delivered, we strongly recommend registered mail so that the item does not get lost in the mail. Normal delivery is FREE, but the buyer will have to bear the costs of the box (if any) & S$2 for registered mail. A bit too pricey/troublesome? Well, meet us up then! ;) Payment in this case will be made via bank transfers, details of which will be given when you place an order with us.

Exchange / Refund Policy

• Bags should be thoroughly checked upon meeting us up to safeguard both buyer & seller's interests - as such, there will be no exchanges & refunds for a change of heart on the part of the buyer, and/or beyond the meet-up, unless in special circumstances, determined by seller. In such case, a refund or exchange will be given, less transportation fees. Meet-ups really will lessen miscommunications and misunderstandings! :)

• All transactions should be completed 2 weeks after the confirmation of your order.
  
  
• All orders are on a first-come-first-served basis, in the case where anyone is interested in the same item at the same time.
  
  
• Every effort is made to ensure that bags on our website are presented in the most accurate manner. Product details such as dimensions are given, so please read through them carefully, as we would like you to be sure of what you are  purchasing. • All our items are BRAND NEW, directly imported from the USA.

• Because we are small-scale & doing this mostly out of passion, we run our simple website on a free Geocities server - please bear with that - we don't pay for an exclusive domain name & we don't hire professionals to do up our site so we don't have to pass on our costs as seller to you, the buyer! And thereby ensuring a fuss-free transaction!
