I just got some software called EZ Drummer, pretty cool. This is the first thing I recorded using it.

This one was done using one of those cool Laswell loops for the drums.

This is a fun funky thing that I've been jammin' on lately.

I got a new loop collection from Bill Laswell. Some really nice beats and stuff. This is the first tune I've made using this batch of loops.

Just a bit of raw crunchy business. All sounds were produced by my Digitec GNX 3000, it's just the best damn thing you can plug a guitar into.

This is from the same night as Raw Dawgin, so they're kinda related as far as the vibe anyway.

I got a new toy...a Digitec GNX 3000. Makes lots of interesting sounds.

This one is just some experimentation with some software called Amplitube. The guitar is plugged directly into the computer, no need for an amp, how cool is that? The backing track was composed with Fruity Loops 5.

This one ain't finished yet, just drums and a crunchy rhythm guitar. I would get alot more guitar playin done if I had a drummer handy. Maybe I need a robot...one whose drum set ain't in the pawn shop.

A bittersweet tune from a very sad time...Peace.

Nothing like a fresh set of strings to get the old blood heated up.

I finally got some new strings, these are Elixers, coated with some sort of coating that they use to coat stuff with. I started experimenting with the DADGAD tuning on this one.

I just got a cheap dulcimer to fool around with and this is what it sounds like. The guitar is playing the rhythm and the dulcimer is playing the melody part.

This one and the next two tunes are from a 15 minute jam that actually started out completely different. After about 5 minutes, I shifted gears and started playin' this..

I broke out the old acoustic guitar last night and it was sounding pretty good. The strings are like a year old so they're a bit dull sounding. This is two minutes into a seven minute jam session in D minor. It took a couple of minutes to get my groove on. Dropped D is the shiznit!

This one is kinda funky and bluesy. I just started experimenting with dropped D tuning. I should've tried it long ago ;)

Just a groovy little lydian tune in dropped D. The leads need more work, but I decided to quit monkeying around with it and let it rest.

After I discovered Fruity Loops, I found how much fun it is to jam with techno beats. The beat isn't mine, I found it bumping around in the software and couldn't resist.
